Apartment Hotel

Planned as a more informal counterpart to the main hotel, the Apartment Hotel (apartment-hotel concept) is designed for longer stays, families, and repeat visitors—offering flexible units and a relaxed resort rhythm. The urban design approach breaks down the overall mass into several volumes with carefully placed “gaps” that preserve views, respond to neighboring buildings, and follow the site’s topography.

Landscale

A key quality is the publicly accessible park landscape: along the connection axis between Unterburg and the thermal area, the project extends the resort’s outdoor identity with water elements, play zones, and shaded seating—turning hospitality infrastructure into everyday public value.
